Figure out all the databases in use, their kinds and how to back them up. While system level backups are excellent and have saved our bacon in this instance, it is also a pain to restore from. - Figure out how to backup said databases.
- And then how to back them up automatically.
- If stuff is manual write down the how. The past few days have proved just how good past Jason was. Need to do more. And document stuff that has changed and a few that have fallen through the cracks.
- Schedule stuff if things have to be done manually
